Baker​/Pastry Cook

We are a dessert shop dedicated to exceptional taste and consistent, high-quality homemade products. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled baking professional to join our production team.

Produce and bake brownies and other pastry items strictly according to company recipes and quality standards.

Accurately and hygienically prepare all ingredients (mise en place).

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in the kitchen area and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.

Perform quality control checks on finished baked goods prior to packaging or display.

Assist with raw material inventory management and report stock requirements on a regular basis.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Baker, Pastry Cook, or in a similar role (experience specializing in brownies or bakeries is a strong advantage).

Solid understanding of baking techniques, oven operations, and precise measurement.

Disciplined, detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong commitment to food hygiene and sanitation standards.

Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
