Production Manager, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations

This great opportunity is best suited for an energetic and aspiring person who wants to be part of a global organization. Reporting directly to the Production Manager. We are committed to operational excellence, food safety, and continuous improvement - and our production team plays e key role in making it happen.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP)
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with OEE (Overral Equipment Effectiveness) monitoring
- Target oriented and attention to details
- Leadership and team collaboration
- Problem-solving and adaptability
- Supervise and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts
- Ensure production output meets targets, quality and food safety standards
- Monitor and control production processes in accordance with SOPs
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed
- Implement and sustain Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) activities, including autonomous maintenance
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety regulations.
- Lead, train and motivate production operators
