Location: Cikande
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities during assigned shifts,ensuring machines run efficiently.
- Leadand guide the maintenance team on the floor for troubleshooting, repairs,and emergency breakdowns.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the schedule.
- Perform and oversee machine adjustments, setups, and minor program changes asneeded.
- Support machine commissioning, new equipment setup, and maintenance data preparation.
- Coordinate with Production supervisors to minimize downtime and resolve equipment issues quickly.
- Ensureshift reports, maintenance logs, and handover documentation are completed accurately.
- Enforce safety procedures (K3) and compliance with company SOPs within the shiftteam.
- Proposespare part needs, report major issues, and escalate unresolved problems tothe Supervisor.
- Assistin evaluating subcontractor performance and providing technical feedback to the Supervisor.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Diploma with strong relevant experience may be considered).
- Minimum2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment(experience as Shift Leader or Senior Technician is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of confectionery production machines (Dissolver, Cooker,Stamping, Cooling Conveyor, Wrapper, Carton Sealer, Printer, etc.).
- Proficient in Maintenance Management Systems and Maintenance Scheduling.
- Solid understanding of Electrical Systems, PLC, Servo, and Mechatronics.
- Skilledin Troubleshooting, Automation, and Problem Solving.
- Goodleadership skills, able to manage and direct a team during shifts.
- Abilityto use CAD Drawing software, Microsoft Office, and Data Analysis tools.
- Strongreport writing and documentation skills.
