the Role

We are looking for talented individuals to partner with SMB advertisers in a one‑to‑many structure, with the goal of activating, nurturing and growing accounts. You'll establish and strengthen client relationships, driving revenue, advertiser education, and advertiser satisfaction. As a graduate, you will pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide marketing and advertising consultation to small and medium businesses to maximize their revenue on Tik Tok advertising platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Cross‑sell and upsell additional products or services to clients.
  • Monitor, analyze and explore new revenue opportunities for clients via Tik Tok Advertising Solutions.
  • Create optimization strategies for clients, including Tik Tok creative tips and best practices.
  • Provide advertising performance recommendations (bidding, budget, targeting, etc.).
  • Help clients identify and build strong value propositions on Tik Tok advertising platform.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders (Ads Policy, Finance, Product, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications
  • High oral and written fluency in English.
  • Passionate about Tik Tok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
  • Team working skills, ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with revenue targets in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, knowledge of the local market SMB landscape is a plus.
