Senior Brand Manager

• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Responsible for brand profitability, including close monitoring of sales performance
• Managing product innovation rollout to enter the market, including stock transition monitoring, sales projection and strategy
• Optimizing brand awareness and visibility by working with agencies
• Develop strategy and road map to sustainable marketing tools using digital media
• Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
• Manage the marketing budget for the brand including planning, implementation and monitoring costs

• Bachelor’s degree in Management/Marketing/Statistics
• 4 years of working experience as Brand Manager in FMCG
• Strong understanding of 360° Marketing Strategy and the 4P
• Intermediate skill in English both oral and written
• Excellent in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
