• Develop content strategies that are precise, engaging, and align with SIRCLO's brand identity and objectives.
• Produce high-quality written content for the Corporate Branding Team, ensuring delivery meets the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to ensure all content aligns with branding guidelines and corporate objectives.
• Monitor and assess content performance to refine strategies and enhance engagement.
• Stay informed on industry trends, incorporating relevant insights into content.
• Assist with additional ad-hoc tasks within the Communications team as needed.

• Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and corporate branding.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, whether in B2B content marketing or employer branding.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• Willing to work from the office at BSD, Tangerang, at least once a week, with the rest on a hybrid arrangement.
