Position: Brand Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in brand management within the Beauty or FMCG industry is mandatory
- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.
- Proven track record of launching and growing successful brands
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities
- Experience managing marketing budgets and agency partners
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Define and translate communication and consumer insights into targeted marketing initiatives and long‑term brand strategies that drive growth and increase market share.
- Market & Consumer Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to uncover opportunities, guide strategic decisions, and inspire product innovation.
- Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels—including digital, ATL, and BTL—to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Performance & Budget Management: Track and analyze campaign performance, evaluate KPIs and ROI, and manage marketing budgets efficiently to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive market share and consumer engagement, while defining long‑term roadmaps, setting growth targets, and identifying new market opportunities.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand execution. - Brand Governance: Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all touchpoints and collateral, proactively auditing assets to preserve brand equity and mitigate risk.
- Competitive Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities, synthesizing this intelligence into strategic recommendations and risk mitigation plans.
