• Coordinate with Regional Marketing to ensure local execution is aligned with regional/global brand strategy, toolkits, and campaigns.
• Develop long-term brand plans to drive brand growth.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, PR).
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new product development and portfolio expansion.
• Track brand performance (sales, market share, profitability) and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Lead and develop junior team members (Brand Executive/Assistant Brand Manager, if applicable).

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines from recognized universities. MBA is an added advantage.
• At least 8 years of working experience in the same or relevant capacity, preferably from FMCG industry and managed sauce and condiment category is an advantage.
• Has good relationship with advertising and creative agencies, led in major campaign for New Product Launches and ATL brand awareness before.
• Experience in Ecommerce Marketing is an advantage.
