Digital & Community Marketing Senior Officer

We are looking for a Digital & Community Marketing Senior Officer to drive Gudang Kripto’s digital growth and strengthen its user community across online and offline channels. This role combines performance-driven digital marketing (SEO & SEM) with community engagement and brand advocacy
, ensuring all initiatives are executed professionally, securely, and in compliance with applicable regulations in the crypto industry.

Digital Marketing (SEO & SEM)

Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve organic traffic, search visibility, and user acquisition.

Plan, execute, and optimize SEM / paid search campaigns (e.g. Google Ads), including keyword research, ad copy, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance (traffic, conversion, CAC, ROI) and continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to ensure SEO-friendly content and landing pages.

Community & Engagement

Develop and execute community engagement strategies aligned with Gudang Kripto’s marketing and brand objectives.

Manage and moderate community platforms (e.g. Telegram, Discord, social media, forums) to maintain a positive, active, and compliant environment.

Organize and manage offline and online community or corporate events
, including meetups, AMAs, webinars, and educational sessions.

Act as the main liaison between the community and internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Support, Compliance).

Identify, nurture, and manage community leaders, ambassadors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Gather community feedback, sentiment, and insights to support digital marketing initiatives and product improvements.

Reporting, Compliance & Governance

Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and community engagement metrics
, including insights and recommendations.

Handle sensitive community issues and escalations professionally, especially in a regulated environment.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure no disclosure of non-public or sensitive information related to Gudang Kripto.

Uphold high integrity with strong awareness of compliance, governance, and internal policies in all digital and community activities.

Ensure all initiatives comply with applicable regulations in the crypto industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, community management, or social media (experience in crypto, fintech, or tech industry is a strong plus).

Proven hands‑on experience in SEO and SEM campaign execution and optimization
.

Experience managing online communities and organizing offline or online community/corporate events.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital marketing and engagement data.

Ability to manage sensitive issues professionally and work effectively within a regulated industry.

High integrity with strong awareness of compliance, governance, and confidentiality.

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia;
English proficiency is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Passion for crypto, blockchain, and digital assets is highly preferred.
