Advertising Media Sales Account Supervisor

Overview

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Media Advertising Sales (Digital, OOH, TV/Radio) or Media Agency roles managing brand campaigns. Strong relationships and extensive networks with brand marketing teams, digital and creative media agencies, television and radio stations, and advertising vendors and related partners. Proven track record in achieving advertising sales targets, preparing media proposals, and handling commercial negotiations.

In-depth knowledge of the digital media landscape, advertising solutions, brand campaign needs, sponsorship packages, and integrated marketing strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (Native Indonesian, fair English proficiency, and Mandarin skills are a plus). Target driven, proactive, persuasive, and able to work under pressure. Flexible for mobile working and willing to travel for client meetings, agency visits, and business development activities.

• To acquire advertisers and partners for AEON Mall media channels (digital screens, banners, in mall media, activation spaces) that align with AEON Mall’s target audience and contribute to traffic growth.
• To sell AEON Mall’s advertising and promotional media products to brands, agencies, and potential partners.
• To work closely with the Marcomm, Operations, and Exhibition teams to achieve annual advertising and media sales targets.
• To develop strategic ideas, proposals, and media solutions to maximize revenue opportunities and stay up to date with industry and market trends.
• To manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, payment follow up, coordination meetings, and ensuring campaign execution runs smoothly.
• To monitor and ensure all advertising documentation and processes comply with AEON Mall standard operating procedures (SOP).
• To maintain strong relationships and communication with third parties such as media agencies, brand partners, vendors, event organizers, and strategic collaborators.
• To maintain a positive working attitude, follow all SOPs, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.
• To monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and provide analytical reports to improve service quality and future advertising solutions.
