An E-Commerce Specialist manages and optimizes a company's online sales presence to drive growth, improve user experience, and maximize revenue. - Platform Management:
Manage and update product listings, visual platform, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tiktok Shop, Lazada, Shopee). - Ensure product content, descriptions, and images are accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with tech teams for improvements.
- Plan and execute online campaigns and affiliate programs.
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, discounts, and product launches to drive traffic and conversions.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, SEO, and affiliate programs.
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, discounts, and product launches to drive traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on social media and influencer campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Track sales performance, platform traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Use insights to recommend strategies for growth and optimization.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve order issues, returns, and inquiries promptly.
- Gather customer feedback to improve website functionality and overall user experience.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for new product listings, marketplaces, or sales channels.
- Work closely with logistics, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with design teams for visuals, banners, and other creative assets.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered for entry-level roles).
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Tiktok Shop).
- Proficiency in managing product listings, inventory, and pricing on various platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Platform Ads, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools to track KPIs and sales performance.
- Ability to create compelling product descriptions and ensure visuals are optimized for conversion.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for simple content editing is a plus.
- Strong skills in data handling, reporting, and analysis.
