• Develop strategies and monitor marketing programs for PT GUE’s digital platform to ensure effective execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Execute and oversee monetization initiatives, including setting timelines for each program.
• Coordinate and monitor monetization projects across relevant internal teams based on media order priorities.
• Fulfill internal requests related to the GUE platform and its monetization efforts.
• Analyze ongoing programs to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and compile reports related to monetization projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Creative Media, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in media planning, marketing operations, campaign management, or digital content management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and performance data
• Experience in project coordination or cross-functional collaboration
• Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and monetization models
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• This is a freelance position with flexible work arrangements (remote or hybrid – Bintaro, South Tangerang)
