About the role

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team at PT Indovision Prima Film (AVB) in our Seminyak, Bali office. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across our digital platforms.

• Manage and grow our company's presence on key social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked In
• Create, curate, and schedule compelling and visually‑appealing content that resonates with our target audience
• Monitor and analyse social media performance, using insights to optimise content and strategies
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader brand and campaign objectives
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our presence remains relevant and impactful
• Assist in the execution of influencer marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a social media management or digital marketing role, preferably within the brand/creative industry
• Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms, audience insights, and content optimisation techniques
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging, on‑brand messaging
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software
• Proven track record of driving measurable results through social media campaigns
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a cross‑functional team
• Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for staying up‑to‑date with the latest digital trends
