CFE Officer is responsible for leading initiatives that foster the growth, sustainability, and empowerment of communities. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and projects that address community needs, enhance capacity, and promote social and economic well-being. CFE serves as a liaison between the organization, community stakeholders, and partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community priorities. Protect children, adolescents, adults, and assets in accordance with safeguarding policies and in line with the assigned duties and responsibilities.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in community development, social work, sociology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing community development projects or similar roles.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Knowledge of community development principles, participatory approaches, social mapping, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in program monitoring and evaluation tools and methodologies.
• Budget management and grant writing experience.("
• Commitment to social equity, inclusion, and community empowerment.
• Experience in working with young people and children.
• Indonesian and English language proficiency (oral and written).
• Able to work in groups.
• Travel on business trips if needed.
