Animal Technician

PT Perfect Companion Group was founded to expand upon the Charoen Pokphand Group's expertise in the pet food industry and to address the growing market demand driven by pet owners who are becoming more conscious of product quality. We currently looking for potential candidate with requirements as below:

Execute treatment plans for animals under the direction of the Veterinarian. Assist the Veterinarian in medical examinations, treatment procedures, vaccination, and animal health monitoring. Monitor daily animal condition, behavior, appetite, and recovery progress, and report any abnormalities to the Veterinarian.

Assist the Veterinarian with medical examinations, treatments, vaccinations, and animal health monitoring

Monitor daily animal condition, behavior, appetite, and recovery, and report abnormalities to the Veterinarian.

Administer medication and basic treatments according to veterinary instructions and company procedures.

Maintain accurate animal health records, treatment logs, and medication records
.

Ensure proper animal handling, hygiene, sanitation, and animal welfare within the animal facility.

Prepare and maintain veterinary tools, equipment, medicines, and treatment areas.

Support pet food testing and R&D activities as required.

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Animal Health, Animal Science, Veterinary Technology, Biology, or a related life science field.

Experienced in Animal Health, Veterinary Paramedic, Veterinary Technology, Animal Science, or equivalent
.

Previous experience in an animal clinic or laboratory environment is preferred.

Able to communicate and understand English
.

Basic knowledge of animal handling, animal health monitoring, hygiene, sanitation, and equipment handling.

Enjoy and willing to work closely with dogs and cats
.

Good attention to detail, diligent, responsible, and committed to animal welfare.

Willing to work on a 6-day-per-week shift schedule
.

Willing to work in an R&D environment supporting pet food testing and research
.
