Industrial Relations Specialist

This is a 4-month temporary contract to cover maternity leave.

Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor's degree from Law, Human Resource Management, Psychology or other relevant majors.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field.

Deep understanding of Employment Law and derivative regulations.

Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) fundamentals for retail environments.

Proficiency in mediation and conflict resolution.

Ability to draft minutes of meetings and formal-legal chronological reports.

Ability to communicate firmly yet persuasively.

Available to commit to a 4-month contract.

Willing to work fully onsite in Bintaro, South Tangerang.

Responsible for controlling and auditing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all stores.

Provide advice, consultation, and facilitation regarding IR SOPs in practical daily aspects.

Examine, handle and report all industrial relations disputes and issue evaluations and recommendations for resolution.

Building constructive relationships between all stakeholders (Unions, Labor Offices, etc.) and coordinating internal and external relations.

Issuing formal evaluations and recommendations regarding disciplinary actions or work procedure improvements.

Conducting surprise inspections in the stores area with the HSE Team to ensure compliance with HSE standards and employment regulations.

Summon and interview parties involved in disputes or disciplinary breaches.
