Quality Control Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our team at PT Fabindo Sejahtera in Cikupa Banten. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our manufacturing processes and end-products.

• Develop, implement and monitor quality control systems and procedures to maintain the highest standards of product quality
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods to identify and resolve quality issues
• Analyse quality data, generate reports and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Provide training and guidance to the quality control team to uphold quality standards
• Collaborate with production, engineering and other departments to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality regulations, industry standards and the company s quality management system

• Minimum education of D3/D4/S1 in Engineering/Chemistry/Pharmacy/Packaging Industry/Packaging Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Control Supervisor or in a similar role within the beauty industry
• Understanding of Quality System concepts and production process flows in Cosmetics / Pharmaceutical / Traditional Medicine manufacturing companies
• Understanding and experience in handling QC Line / IPC & QC Incoming Packaging Materials
• Mastery of the concepts of Deviation, OOS, OOT, CAPA, and RCA
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Willing to work at Cikupa - Tangerang
