QA/QC Senior Manager – GMP Cosmetics Manufacturing

PT Shangyang Technology Indonesia is looking for a highly experienced Senior QA/QC Manager to lead and strengthen our Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems within cosmetics and skincare manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical leadership function in ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with international standards.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve QA/QC systems, policies, and procedures for cosmetics and skincare manufacturing

Ensure strict compliance with GMP/CPKB, ISO 9001, BPOM regulations, and applicable cosmetic standards

Conduct and oversee inspections, testing, and quality verification for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods

Analyze quality data, trends, deviations, and non-conformities; prepare detailed management reports

Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Collaborate closely with Production, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams

Manage, coach, and develop the QA/QC team to achieve high performance and quality excellence

Lead internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, product quality, and compliance

Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the cosmetics or skincare manufacturing industry
, with at least 5 years in a managerial position

Strong technical knowledge of cosmetic formulations, manufacturing processes, and quality control methodologies

Proven expertise in GMP/CPKB, ISO 9001, SPC
, and quality management systems

Solid understanding of BPOM cosmetic regulations and international cosmetic standards

Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities

Able to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams
