Indosaku di Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia, mencari seorang QC untuk melakukan audit rekaman telepon dan pengecekan sampling data KYC. Anda akan menilai performa agen, membuat laporan rutin, dan menyediakan coaching serta rekomendasi perbaikan.
Pelamar harus memiliki pengalaman 1–2 tahun di industri Fintech atau Call Center dan pendidikan minimal D3/S1. Kemampuan analisis dan komunikasi yang baik serta keahlian dalam Microsoft Excel akan menjadi nilai tambah.
