QC Laboratory Analyst

Minimum D3/S1/D4 in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology, or related fields
.

1–3 years of experience in QC Laboratory, preferably in the Food & Beverage/Food Manufacturing industry
.

Familiar with chemical, microbiological, and physical laboratory testing
.

Understanding of food safety standards and laboratory testing procedures
.

Good ability in Microsoft Office
, especially Excel, for data processing and analysis.

Detail-oriented, accurate, objective, and responsible.

Able to work both independently and as part of a team
.

Willing to work on a shift basis and follow the company's operational schedule.

Perform chemical, microbiological, and physical testing on raw materials, in-process products, finished products, water to established testing methods and procedures.

Prepare samples, reagents, culture media, and laboratory equipment required for analysis.

Ensure laboratory testing is conducted accurately, objectively, and within the specified turnaround time.

Record, verify, and report laboratory test results accurately and promptly to the QC Supervisor or relevant departments.

Monitor product compliance with internal specifications, food safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
