This role involves performing quality control and in-process control (IPC) testing during pharmaceutical and cosmetic production. You will conduct line clearance checks, witness weighing procedures, and monitor process parameters to ensure compliance with established specifications and quality standards.
Key responsibilities- Conduct line clearance inspections and verify process readiness before production begins
- Act as witness for weighing (Witness Weighing) to ensure material compliance, quantities, and documentation align with procedures
- Perform In Process Control (IPC) testing during production to ensure results meet established specifications
- Monitor and verify all process parameters comply with specifications, quality standards, and procedures
- Collect bulk product samples according to established sampling procedures
- Prepare and submit test result reports and communicate any deviations identified during production
- Ensure all testing, process monitoring, and documentation comply with CPKB, GMP requirements, and company SOPs
- Conduct IPC testing including Appearance, pH, Viscosity, Specific Gravity, homogeneity, process temperature, and stability observation
- Education:
SMK Chemical Analyst, D3 Chemical Analyst, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Kimia, or related field - Minimum 1 year experience as QC IPC analyst, preferably in cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry
- Understanding of SJPH, CPKB, ISO 22716, and GMP principles
- Able to operate laboratory equipment (pH meter, viscometer, analytical balance, etc.)
- Able to conduct volumetric testing
- Meticulous, honest, and possess strong analytical capabilities
- Proficient in Ms. Office
