This position plays an important role in ensuring all testing, inspection, control, and quality management system activities run consistently, on time, meet CPOB/CPKB standards, halal requirements, and company quality standards. As Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for quality control and product release, quality management systems, laboratory and testing operations, production process oversight, and leading and developing your team.
Key responsibilitiesPlan, organize, coordinate, and control quality testing activities
Conduct Batch Record Reviews to ensure production and packaging documents are complete and accurate
Coordinate testing of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate products, bulk products, and finished products
Contribute to product release or rejection decisions based on quality specifications
Evaluate and control Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, Returns, Recall, Product Withdrawal, Quality Risk Management, and Training
Control laboratory operations and ensure instrument calibration and qualification are conducted according to requirements
Coordinate physics, chemistry, and microbiology testing
Manage sampling programs, analytical methods, specifications, retained samples, HULS, and stability testing
Ensure In Process Control (IPC) and production process monitoring activities comply with CPOB, CPKB, and company procedures
Lead and develop a team consisting of QC Analyst, QA Officer, and QA IPC Staff
About youMinimum S1 degree in Pharmacy - Pharmacist
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, particularly in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or related manufacturing industries
Good understanding of CPOB, CPKB, Halal Assurance System, Quality Risk Management (QRM), Data Integrity / ALCOA+, Quality Management Systems, OOS/OOT Investigation, Testing and Quality Control, Stability and IPC
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous with high attention to detail
Integrity and commitment to quality
Ability to make decisions based on data and evidence
Leadership and team development capabilities
Firm on standards while able to build cross-departmental collaboration
Experience leading or developing teams is a plus
