Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the property or real estate industry.
Proven experience in apartment or high-rise residential projects and landed housing developments.
Strong understanding of residential property sales strategies, pricing, and market dynamics.
Job DescriptionDevelop and execute sales targets and integrated marketing programs to achieve company objectives.
Analyze market and competitor data to formulate effective sales and marketing strategies.
Create marketing concepts to enhance the overall value and brand of the residential project.
Manage and control the marketing and sales budget for the residential unit.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Approve sales policies, operational expenditures, and related legal documents in accordance with company regulations.
Represent the company in sales transactions, including signing Sale and Purchase Deeds (AJB) and ownership transfer approvals.
