Responsibilities
- Search for and curate partners or tenants for collaboration.
- Conduct negotiations and communication related to tenant proposals.
- Prepare agreement documents.
- Ensure all tenants fulfill their agreed responsibilities.
- Ensure and determine tenant lease extensions.
- Provide information and deliver communications in accordance with management decisions to all tenants.
- At least 8 years of experience in leasing and tenant relations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
