About the role

Maju Operations and Development is seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This is a contract position offering an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic residential property market. You will be responsible for representing clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties, whilst building lasting relationships and driving sales within our portfolio.

This role offers flexibility in how you structure your working week, with the ability to work both on-site and remotely as required.

• Identifying, marketing, and showcasing residential properties to prospective buyers and tenants
• Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to clients regarding market trends and property valuations
• Negotiating sales and rental agreements to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the business
• Preparing and presenting property listings with compelling descriptions and imagery across multiple platforms
• Building and maintaining a strong network of clients, referral sources, and industry contacts
• Following up with leads and converting enquiries into successful transactions
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with colleagues to support team targets and contribute to business growth
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire transaction process

• Proven experience working as a Real Estate Agent in residential sales, preferably within Southeast Asia or similar emerging markets
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of exceeding targets and closing deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Indonesian
• Comprehensive knowledge of the local property market in Central Lombok and broader West Nusa Tenggara
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and property listing platforms
• A valid real estate licence or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Reliability, integrity, and a professional approach to client relationships
• Driving licence and access to reliable transportation
• Preferred: experience in luxury residential or holiday rental properties
