Research and development Formulator Manager

Conduct research on herbal ingredients, their properties, and optimal extraction methods.

Develop new formulas for herbal supplements and beverages, ensuring product safety, efficacy, and uniqueness.

Conduct laboratory and clinical trials to test product safety and efficacy.

Record and document the entire research and development process in detail.

Seek new innovations in herbal product development to meet growing market needs through literature, national and international events, and seminars on natural products.

Collaborate with production, marketing, and regulatory (Quality Assurance) teams to ensure the smooth running of the product development process.

Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum D3/S1 in Pharmacy, Nutrition Science, Food Technology, or other related fields.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in herbal or health food product development.

Understanding of phytochemistry, pharmacology, toxicology, and natural materials analysis methods.

Good knowledge of health product regulations.

Possesses experience in developing a product or formulation for herbal supplements and beverages

Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Thorough and detail-oriented.

Creative and innovative.

Able to work under pressure.
