S1 (Fisika/Kimia). Freshgraduate dengan pengalaman RnD dipersilahkan melamar.
Minimal 2 tahun di laboratorium QC/R&D industri Cat, Coating, Pigment, Solven, Masterbatch.
Mampu mengoperasikan alat lab seperti viskometer, spectrophotometer, timbangan digital, dll.
Melakukan pengujian bahan baku, bahan setengah jadi, dan produk akhir cat.
Melakukan analisa fisik dan kimia seperti: viskositas, densitas, warna, gloss, dan daya rekat.
Membuat laporan hasil uji harian dan mendokumentasikan hasil analisa secara akurat.
Terlibat dalam proses trial formula baru dan perbaikan formula (untuk R&D). Membantu menjaga dan melakukan kalibrasi alat-alat laboratorium secara berkala.
