Your mission is to champion our 'Zero‑Waste to Landfill' philosophy while curating deeply personalized dining journeys that reflect the architectural serenity and breathtaking cliff‑side environment of our Uluwatu estate.
Qualifications- Proven experience in 5‑star or luxury resorts
- Proficiency in Mediterranean cuisines
- Ability to use software for inventory management, food costing, and menu printing
- Ability to troubleshoot kitchen equipment failures or ingredient shortages without stressing the guests
- The ability to be professional and friendly when spoken to
