Server, Server​/Wait Staff

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage items.

Take accurate food and drink orders and input them into the POS system.

Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring correct presentation.

Always mention the name of the menu item when serving.

Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and organized before and after service.

Check guest satisfaction during service and handle complaints politely and efficiently.

Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery in a courteous and timely manner.

Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth service operations.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas.

Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.

Assist in upselling food, beverages, and promotions to guests.

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a server in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or rooftop venue is preferred.

Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Friendly, polite, and service-oriented personality.

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong teamwork and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of food, beverages, and basic service standards.

Physically fit and able to stand for long working hours.

Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, bars, beach clubs, or hotels is an advantage.

Strong passion for customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, cocktails, coffee, or wine is preferred (depending on the position).

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evening operations.

Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.

Experience using POS systems and basic computer skills is an advantage.

Food Safety & Hygiene certification is preferred.

Candidates with barista, bartender, WSET, or other hospitality certifications will have an advantage (where applicable).

Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and maintain high service standards.

Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
