PT. Ratu Oceania Raya is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our Housekeeping team aboard our cruise operations in Indonesia.
You will produce and execute menu items according to daily menus, checklists and Chef de Partie guidance, maintaining quality and presentation. You will report to the Chef de Partie, work with the Sous Chef, and be responsible for food preparation at your station, compliance with health standards, and adherence to schedules and company recipes while ensuring passenger
