Head Bartender

Segno Bar Bali is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Bartender to lead our bar team, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional beverage quality and guest experiences.

Lead and oversee daily bar operations and service.

Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and standards of all beverages.

Lead, coach, and develop the bar team.

Create and maintain cocktail standards, recipes, and procedures.

Manage bar inventory, stock control, and ordering.

Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and proper mise en place.

Monitor team performance and maintain high service standards.

Coordinate closely with the floor and management teams.

Handle operational issues and support continuous improvement.

Minimum 3 years of bartending experience, with previous leadership or Head Bartender experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and modern bar operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Creative, passionate, and guest-focused.

Able to work confidently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
