Restaurant manager responsible for controlling all restaurant personnel, maintaining service quality and consistency, and overseeing all restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities
Control all restaurant personnel
Maintain service quality and consistency
Oversee operational activities of the entire restaurant
Organize and administer restaurant activities
Coordinate with staff periodically
Control and evaluate menu quality and service performance
Organize promotion and marketing activities
Manage and evaluate inventory of supplies
Manage and evaluate standards for cleanliness, health, safety and employee welfare
About you
Minimum 4-5 years experience as restaurant manager
Experience in hotel or restaurant environments preferred
Experience in Italian restaurants preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experienced in creating reports, attendance records and presentations
Willing to be placed in Bintaro and able to join immediately
