Alchemy Canggu is a vibrant vegan restaurant dedicated to serving healthy, delicious, and nourishing plant-based food. We are looking for a passionate and responsible Cook to join our kitchen team.

Prepare and cook vegan and plant-based dishes according to recipes and company standards.

Ensure all food is prepared with consistent quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.

Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place before service.

Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

Properly store and label ingredients and monitor food freshness.

Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Follow kitchen SOPs and instructions from the Chef/Senior Kitchen team.

Assist with receiving and checking the quality of ingredients when required.

Support other kitchen duties as needed.

Previous experience as a Cook, Commis, Demi Chef, or similar kitchen position
.

Experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.

Experience with
vegan, vegetarian, or plant-based cuisine is an advantage.

Good knowledge of food preparation and basic cooking techniques.

Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
