Showroom Sales Specialist

As a Sales Showroom, you will be the frontliner of our brand, responsible for delivering excellent customer experience, providing product knowledge, and driving sales performance in the showroom. You will play a key role in assisting customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions.

• Greet and assist customers professionally in the showroom
• Provide clear explanations about products, features, and benefits
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
• Maintain showroom appearance, product display, and stock readiness
• Handle inquiries, quotations, and basic administrative sales processes
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales admin & support, warehouse, etc.)

• Minimum education:
  
  SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree (any major)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Retail / Showroom (building materials, furniture, home appliances is a plus)
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and target-driven
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Willing to work on shift (Tue - Sat). Willing to be placed at Head Office, BSD
