A person who can work for the growth and success of the company and achieve sales target.

Can analyze and report purchasing trends and customer needs, skill to develop business strategy.

Responsible for store sales, operational and generating reports on a daily, weekly and monthly.

Monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores operation day to day, including sales performance and strategy, inventory management, customer services and visual merchandising.

Ensure SOP compliance of all stores and by each staff.

Good knowledge about leading a team & making decisions that impact store operation.

Can arrange administration according to rules and procedures.

Conduct regular training with store staff (new products, traffic exposure, promotions, sales techniques, etc.)

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any background.
• Excellent communication verbal and correspondences in English with people all levels.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Head in a store.
• Understand the Store Management System.
• Target Oriented.
• Familiar with retail business work, able to demonstrate certain sales skills, sensitive to data and good at analysis.
• Have a strong sense of goal responsibility & ambition, strong sales skills, and be good at coordination and communication.
• Be patient, able to withstand pressure, bear hardships and stand hard work, and be able to adapt to different working hours and environments.
