Responsible for the category's product development. Sourcing and managing the merchandise mix for the achievements of targeted sales & profits. Creating new ideas to expand the product's market. Increasing market share. Monitoring merchandise performance (sales analysis). Brand reporting requirements. Works with vendors to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.

• Works with vendors to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms

• Minimum Diploma Degree from reputable university (preferably majoring in fashion design)
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in merchandising position, preferably from fashion retail or textile industry
• Has good knowledge about product development
• Must have a thorough knowledge of fashion lifestyle and sharp business sense
• Strong interpersonal skill & proven leadership
