About the role

Brilliant Think Center seeks an Area Sales Manager to oversee, drive, and strategize sales performance across multiple retail stores. This full‑time, strategic position is pivotal to continued growth and success.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets across your assigned store network.
• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of store managers and sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and maximise sales.
• Monitor store‑level performance metrics and take corrective actions to address any issues or variances.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and new initiatives to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments to ensure seamless operations and execution.
• Provide detailed performance reports and insights to senior leadership.

• Proven track record of 3+ years in a sales management or area management role within the retail or consumer products industry or pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and data analysis skills to drive evidence‑based decision making.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
