Description

FINNS Bali Retail is seeking a Retail Inventory & POS Officer to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all stock movements and POS data, maintaining inventory variance below 1.5% and supporting daily retail operations.

Responsibilities
* Receive and verify all incoming stock against delivery documents
* Input and maintain accurate inventory data in
** Lightspeed X
*** Coordinate with partner brands on deliveries and shortages
* Ensure RFID and POS records match physical stock
* Manage stockroom organisation and staff coordination
* Maintain delivery, return, and adjustment logs
* Support cycle counts and stock audits
* Prepare weekly inventory reports
* Escalate discrepancies to Supervisor/HODQualifications
* 2+ years experience in inventory/retail administration
* Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
* POS data entry experience *(Lightspeed preferred)
** High attention to detail
* Comfortable working with procedures and controls
* Able to work under daily operational pressure
* Experience with RFID systems *(preferred)
** Fashion/retail environment experience *(preferred)
** Exposure to multi-brand operations *(preferred)
