Store Expansion Supervisor

Search, survey, analyze & negotiate new potential locations

Develop a mapping strategy for opening new stores in accordance with company targets

Analyze potential markets for store expansion (opening new stores)

Market analysis and existing stores (renewal), relocation or closing loss-making stores

Negotiation of the best rental terms, rental prices for new shops and shops to be refurbished

Coordination with other departments related to store opening/closing/renewal (Renovation Department, Finance, Legal, Retail Operations Team)

Coordination with the administration team (preparing project files, emails to owners, etc.)

Prepare store profitability calculations to obtain approval for extensions from management and new stores from the finance team

Prepare proposals for closing unprofitable stores

Maintain relationships with Mall Management and building owners

Monitoring and controlling rental prices vs budget

Minimum 3 years experience in related industry (Retail or Food and Beverages) and mall relations

Good understanding about analyst locations.

Willingness to travel for site survey within Jabodetabek area and mall survey and meeting
