Description

FINNS Bali Retail is seeking a Retail Operations & Inventory Supervisor to design, control, and continuously improve FINNS’ inventory, POS, and reporting systems, ensuring long-term data integrity and operational scalability.

Responsibilities
* Own and manage the full inventory control process from receiving, storing, and tracking stock to final reconciliation.
* Create, implement, and maintain clear POS and RFID procedures to ensure smooth and accurate daily operations.
* Monitor stock movements and actively reduce variances by identifying and resolving discrepancies.
* Conduct regular audits of inventory records, POS transactions, and stock adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Coordinate closely with brand partners on forecasting, stock allocation, and product return processes.
* Supervise, guide, and support Inventory and POS Officers to ensure strong performance and operational discipline.
* Prepare and maintain inventory reports and dashboards to support monitoring and decision-making.
* Support budgeting and stock planning by analyzing data and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
* Lead continuous system and process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.

Qualifications
* 5+ years of retail/operations/inventory leadership experience in fast-paced environments
* Advanced Excel and data analysis skills for reporting and forecasting
* Strong POS system expertise with hands-on operational knowledge
* Proven audit and compliance background in stock and process control
* Team leadership experience with the ability to guide and supervise staff
* Vendor coordination capability including communication and performance monitoring
