Retail Administrator (FINNS Beach Club)
Description
FINNS Bali Retail is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Retail Administrator professional to support the operational backbone of our growing retail business. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth retail operations through accurate inventory management, system administration, stock coordination, reporting, and brand communication within our premium multi-brand retail environment.

** Responsibilities* Manage retail administrative and back-office operations daily
* Coordinate brand communications, stock intake, delivery scheduling, and follow-ups
* Process and maintain accurate product, pricing, and inventory data within POS systems
* Monitor and update inventory records, stock movement, and delivery tracking
* Support stock receiving, RFID tagging, and stockroom coordination
* Maintain and update operational trackers, reports, and documentation accurately
* Prepare monthly sales reports and support retail financial reconciliation processes
* Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock levels, replenishment, and operational needs
* Support the retail leadership team with reporting, scheduling, and administrative tasks
* Ensure all operational records and systems remain organised, accurate, and up to date Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail administration, back office operations, stock coordination, or similar roles
* Experience with in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality environments is preferred
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable using digital systems and learning new operational tools quickly
* Strong administrative, reporting, and data management capabilities
* Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple deadlines
* Professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Reliable, proactive, and highly accountable in day-to-day responsibilities
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
* Available to work Monday-Friday with flexibility during key operational period
