Retail Manager Bokashi

This role is designed for a customer-focused and detail-oriented retail professional who brings Bokashi's philosophy of sustainability and quality to life in the retail space. As Retail Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory of dry and fresh products, and lead a team to deliver an exceptional all-in-one shopping experience rooted in Bokashi's blend of Japanese and Indonesian heritage.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in retail management, ideally in lifestyle, premium, or F&B-adjacent retail
• Proven track record managing multiple outlets simultaneously
• Strong people leadership — you develop teams, not just manage them
• Solid grasp of retail KPIs, inventory management, and P&L basics
• Excellent communicator across all levels of the organization
• Comfortable with data — you use numbers to make decisions, not just report them
• Fluent in English;
  Bahasa Indonesia a strong plus
