Responsibilities

  • Mengecek kebersihan, ketersediaan produk, bahan baku, peralatan, dan kesiapan crew sebelum opening.
  • Menjadi eskalasi pertama untuk komplain di outlet
  • Memastikan stock opname akurat, mengontrol keluar masuk barang, dan melaporkan selisih.
  • Melaporkan hasil penjualan, stock akhir, dan issue operasional ke grup manajemen.
  • Memastikan semua transaksi, dan tutup store sesuai SOP.
  • Memberikan arahan, coaching singkat, dan evaluasi kinerja crew.
  • Menyampaikan kebutuhan, kendala, dan update operasional store secara rutin.
