• Analyze and report purchasing trends and customer needs.
• Develop business strategy.
• Responsible for store sales, operations, and generating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Monitor and control the efficiency of store operations day to day, including sales performance, strategy, inventory management, customer service and visual merchandising.
• Ensure SOP compliance of all stores and each staff member.
• Lead a team and make decisions that impact store operation.
• Arrange administration according to rules and procedures.
• Conduct regular training with store staff on new products, traffic exposure, promotions, sales techniques, etc.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at all levels.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head of a store.
• Understanding of the Store Management System.
• Target oriented.
• Familiar with retail business, able to demonstrate sales skills, data sensitivity and strong analytical ability.
• Strong sense of goal responsibility & ambition, strong sales skills, and good coordination and communication.
• Patient, able to withstand pressure, bear hardships and work hard, and able to adapt to different working hours and environments.
