Location: South Tangerang
MAX Fashions AEON BSD in Tangerang Selatan is seeking a Store Supervisor / Department Manager to drive department sales and lead a professional team. You will monitor performance, coach staff, coordinate with the Visual Merchandiser, and ensure stock accuracy while upholding brand standards.
With 3–5 years in retail fashion and at least 2 years in a supervisory role, you will deliver outstanding service, manage shifts, and provide regular reports to store leadership.
