Execute the work plan provided by the Spaceman Manager to ensure all space planning activities are completed efficiently and within the established timeline.
Prepare and manage all data related to planograms, including product dimensions, shelf dimensions, product data, and merchandising templates.
Create, update, and optimize planograms based on Space Management principles, business requirements, and company standards.
Analyze sales data, space productivity, and category performance to evaluate the effectiveness of planogram implementation.
Prepare space allocation for New Products and New Brands in coordination with Commercial and Category Management teams.
Develop and update promotional planograms, including End Gondola and other promotional areas, and ensure timely distribution to stores.
Assist in evaluating the results of Space Management implementation based on sales performance, category productivity, and agreed KPIs.
Coordinate with Category Management, Merchandising, Commercial, Marketing, Suppliers, and Store Operations regarding planogram development and implementation.
Conduct checks on product data, assortment changes, new items, and discontinued products within the company's systems.
Prepare reports and recommendations related to space allocation optimization and planogram effectiveness.
Authority:
To prepare and manage planogram data, including product dimensions, shelf dimensions, and merchandising templates.
To create and update planograms based on the company's Space Management standards and guidelines.
To provide recommendations on space allocation, product facings, and product placement based on data analysis.
To communicate and provide updates to stores regarding planogram changes and implementation requirements.
To review product status in the ERP system and manage data related to new and discontinued items.
To follow up on planogram-related issues raised by stores and relevant stakeholders.
To assist the Spaceman Manager in evaluating Space Management effectiveness and recommending improvements.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Space Planning, Spaceman, Category Management, Merchandising, or related fields within the retail industry.
Experience in sales data analysis, planogram management, layout changes, new item implementation, and product display requirements.
Strong knowledge of Space Management, Planogram Development, and Product Display Techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, and Space Planning/Spaceman software.
Ability to analyze sales performance, category productivity, and retail space effectiveness.
Understanding of ERP systems and product data management processes.
