As a Merchandiser Development Manager
, you will play an important role in shaping our product direction — from market research and product planning to development, production, launch, and post-launch evaluation. You will work cross-functionally with Product Development, Design, Production, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure every product decision is aligned with both market needs and business targets.
