Job Description:
- Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth business activities and compliance with company standards.
- Responsible for achieving store sales targets through effective sales strategies, promotions, and team execution.
- Monitor, analyze, and report store sales performance, customer trends, and promotional effectiveness.
- Develop local sales opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, promotions, and market expansion initiatives.
- Manage store manpower planning, including recruitment, staffing needs, team productivity, and employee performance.
- Train, coach, and supervise store team members to improve selling skills, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Analyze product performance, market demand, and manage SKU ordering to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate product shipment and stock replenishment from warehouse to store.
- Manage store operational expenses, including petty cash usage and accountability.
- Handle store-specific promotional activities and submit LOA approval for special transactions, promotions, and manpower additions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, HR, Marketing, Finance, and Management) to support store operations.
- Maintain store performance, customer experience, and operational standards.
- Education:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) - Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years as a Store Manager or Supervisor in retail fashion - Able to communicate politely and effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong leadership skills and team management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse customers and staff
- Able to work under pressure and maintain emotional balance
- Well-organized and experienced in scheduling work shifts
- Willing to be placed in Maluku area and rotate locations from time to time
- Honest and with high integrity
