Job Description We are looking for a
** Sales Account Manager (Mining)
** to be based in our Indonesia  this customer-facing sales role, you will liaise and build relationships with our customers executive management teams to exceed allocated sales target across a broad range of industrial automation & software, process control solutions, power control, Digital Transformation and cyber security solutions. Your competitive advantage and success will be achieved by leveraging Rockwell Automation's key areas of innovation and differentiation from software and control portfolio, Experienced and smart devices with AI capabilities, Connected Mining Solutions – Industry 4.0 – technologies such as Augmented Reality, best in class IIoT platforms, Advanced Analytics, MOM solutions, Data Operations and our Connected Enterprise integrated architecture.

You are responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at assigned accounts including but not limited to End Users, OEMs, and System Integrators, while coordinating the activity with respective Business units or channel partner to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources.

You will report to Sales Manager.### Your Responsibilities:
* Achievement of allocated sales target in products, services and solutions by actively negotiating and bringing opportunities to closure while working with the broader matrixed Rockwell Automation sales teams and partners.
* Growth Rockwell Automation business in existing accounts from broader RA Solutions.
* Increase Rockwell Automation market share from new accounts.
* Improvement in customer satisfaction for assigned account packages and high – level engagement both on existing or new accounts by providing a solution to address customer pain points and market challenges.### The Essentials
- You Will Have:

* Develop strategic account plans for assigned accounts through disciplined planning and sales execution process.
* Lead the internal team and partners (Distributors, System Integrators, OEMs, etc.) in the execution of achieving the strategic goals defined in the Account Plans and Annual Operating plans.
* Focus on customer-facing activities in support of account plans and achieve annual goals.
* Adopt our disciplined approach to managing sales opportunities and front log using available sales tools.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contacts / visits and company sponsored surveys.
* Resolve customer issues.
* Analyze current business levels against allocated sales target and provide monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts.
* Stay current on Industry trends, competitors, market drivers and RA offerings.
* Perform any other relevant responsibilities as and when assigned by Manager.### The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
* Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
* Good knowledge / selling experience in Mining Industry
* Experience with industrial automation products and solutions such as DCS, PLC, VSD, MCC, Electrical Distribution etc.
* Experience in an mining plant environment, involved in the delivery of solution-based outcomes
* Minimum of 5 - 8 years of outcome-based solutions selling experience. Within similar industry.
* Software experience will be an added advantage – Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Mining…
