CRM Account Executive

Overview

The CRM Account Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring seamless use of the CRM system, and executing data-driven campaigns to enhance engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role bridges client needs with business strategies, while driving measurable results through effective account and CRM management.

• Manage and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Plan and execute targeted campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty, etc.) to drive customer engagement.
• Segment customer data to deliver personalized communications and offers.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize customer journeys.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and strengthening client relationships.
• Stay updated on CRM tools, technologies, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in CRM, account management, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, Dynamics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
